Exchange 2010 Single Item Recovery from the Exchange mailbox database

We are using

Spectrum Protect Server:
Spectrum Protect Server EE Version 7.1.8.1
OS Version Windows 2012 R2 Standard

Exchange Server / Client Side:
BA Client Version 7.1.1
FlashCopy Manager for Exchange Version: 4.1.1.0
TDP for Mail Version 7.1.1
Exchange Server OS Version: Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise
When we restore individual email from mailbox it will restore the entire database which requires lots of space and time.
For Example One Mailbox database backup size:

Monthly Full DB Size 350 GB
Daily Incremental backup size 15 GB

Restore 1 full and 29 incremental backups size = 350 + (15*29) = 785 GB
space required for restoration.

However we expect that TSM have db backup we just have to explore and restore individual email and not required to restore full db.

Like other backup solution we just restored even a single email from backup instead of full DB restored first.
