Command to make premigrated files resident again

I accidentally had some files on an HSM file system migrated to tape. These files have to sty resident all the time, they normally sould never migrate. I recalled all of them and now they are in premigrated state. According to TSM support (PMR 33165,070,724) there is currently no way to make them resident again and free the space on the TSM server (aside from removing the files from their current location which is not suitable at the moment). So I ask for a way to forcibly change the files to "resident" again, freeing the occupied space on the server.
