Exch. TDP restore -progress bar not displayed

Restore of Exchange database using Tivoli Storage Management software no longer shows the status or progress bar until completion of the restore, or part of the restore. For example, if we restore from full and incremental backup, the status will only show once full restore is completed and then incremental after incremental restore.
This occurs with the following version installed:
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Client and Storage Manager for mail -MS Exchange, both version 07.02.0600.
Tivoli Storage Manager for Mail Exchange -Management Console -04.01.0600

It worked correctly with version
Storage Manager for Mail -MS Exchange 06.03.0100 and
Storage Manager for Mail -MS Exchange -Management Console - 03.01.0100.
It is very inconvenient not be able to see the progress. Depending on situation it may be even critical if status of the restore is unknown, and support personal working on the restore have only choice to wait, without knowing the actual status.
Note: both - working and not working (new) version use VSS component for Exchange backup.
(I am wondering if issue is in in Management console software, or it's interaction with the agent)

    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time or does not align with the current multi-year strategy. This request may be resubmitted for consideration after 18 months from the date of submission. The request submitter will automatically be notified by email when the request qualifies for reconsideration and resubmission.
