Collocation for Cloud-Container Storage pool

Requirement: Customer want to collocate data for Cloud Container STGPOOL
We archive medical data of hundreds of Hospitals (with hundreds of servers) to tape using collocation by node. Collocation option is a BIG PLUS for our business, as this will segregate the data of customers and avoid the data mixup at tape level. All our customers need regular SQL report showing the list of volumes by nodename.

Description:
we are planning to move to cloud using Cloud-Container Storage pool.
Unfortunately, we cannot use Cloud-container Storage pool, as we do not have collocate option for Cloud-Container Storage pools. See the below link...

We need to send a report to our customers with list of tapes used by each customer. We run the below SQL command to provide that report (showing the volumes are not used by other customers).
select distinct(volume_name), node_name from volumeusage order by volume_name, node_name
