Add feature to the BA client to automatically pull down a new version, install as part of a scheduled incr backup

This is not to be confused with Autodeployment.
This feature would add the ability to configure the B/A client to download and install a new version either from its Spectrum Protect server or from public.dhe.ibm.com on the next scheduled incremental backup. Perform the install (without reboot), then continue with the scheduled backup. Implement on all currently supported platforms.
This feature would probably need to be extended to Data Protection products, too.
