Using IBM Spectrum Protect Operation Center Version 7.1.8.0

The "At-Risk" does not work on archives. It works solely on backups as
is indicated by the message "At Risk" (Policy: A backup did not complete
during the configured status interval (by default, 24 hours))".
The manuals indicate: a client has an at-risk indication if a problem
occurred in one of the following situations:
During the most recent scheduled backup of the client
During a backup that started within a specified time interval

If no backups are taken for this TSM client you can set the "At Risk" in
"Bypass".

There is no similar feature implemented for archives. If such a feature
is something you would like to see implemented in the Operations Center,
we can only recommend to open a request for enhancement (RFE).

It has been noticed that the node which performed Archived function instead of Backup function gives mentioned error of At Risk. However we required to both backup and archive function included in at risk monitoring. Kindly give solution to resolve this issue as we are unable to provide Spectrum Protect Executive Summary Report to higher management due to this.
