Full VM restores place the VM in the parent Datacenter folder and Resource group

When doing a full VM restore and selecting "Original Location", the VM is restored to the parent Data Center folder and parent Resource group in Virtual Center. Given VM permissions can be managed at the folder level in Virtual Center, when a restore is done the permissions on the VM are different since the VM is not restored back to the original Virtual Center folder. When using resource groups in Virtual Center to manage resource priorities, the restored VM uses different resource priorities than originally defined since the VM is not restored back to the original resource group.
