ANR0991I alert/notification implementation

As you can see in the support case ID there is no possibility to receive alerts or notifications for the ANR0991I when Spectrum protect server s are shutdown. In the operational center the possibility seems to be there but it's triggering nothing.
For the ANR0993I in case of a restart it's working fine.
So please implement the shutdown alert with emails or operational center notifications base on message ANR0991I or another messages.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

    not sure how OC works, but if it uses events, than it can be worth checking
    query eventrules

    and the filters enabled
