ISPP - reduce required free space in VG for DB2 backup

Currently when protecting db2 with ISPP you need to have 20% free space in the VG containing the DB2 database to accommodate the LV snapshots taken during ISPP DB2 backup. This additional storage requirement increases backup costs which can add up in large environments.
It would be better if DB2 can track the changed blocks/data itself and integrate more tightly with the ISPP so that taking LV snapshots is not needed and this additional storage requirement is not
needed.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
