Add columns to the Servers table for Version, Release and Level info

The server / storage agent version, release and level info is reported by the QUERY SERVER FORMAT=DETAILED command. However the same information is absent from the SELECT * FROM SERVERS command. This makes attempts to automate configuration management reporting difficult.

It would be useful if the SERVERS table/view in TSM was similar to the NODES table. For client nodes, the client version information is returned by both the QUERY NODE F=D command and the SELECT * FROM NODES commands.

Version information for the servers / storage agents is available today by querying the underlying DB2 tables and this should be exposed via the SELECT statements from the TSM admin command line.
