Operation Center - limit resource usage

Operation Center should have a way to limit the resource that it could use from the servers. By not having, this simple monitoring tool can put the production enviroenment in danger, using far more resources that it should.

A crash or other similar outcome by virtue of using a monitoring tool whether it be Operations Center or anything else needs to be diagnosed and mitigated/resolved. Trying to bypass crashes by limiting resources is not the correct way to resolve such issues. If you are experiencing such a condition, please open a PMR with IBM Support. IBM Support should always address a crash or similar issue with an APAR. If you are not getting satisfactory response from the IBM Support team, please contact your IBM account team and address it through that avenue.
