Exclude certain days or months from SLA policy jobs

Spectrum Protect Plus in-built scheduler doesn't have the ability to not run backups on certain days.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

    To have the ability to select only certain days of the weeks to run backups is a very good solution. for example Monday to friday. as on weekends there may be maintenance windows scheduled and only having options to run backups every day can cause issues during maintenance periods.
