More filter options for the QUERY ACTLOG command

The ACTLOG table/view contains around 14 fields and the majority of these have corresponding options which can be used to filter the output of QUERY ACTLOG. For example MSGNO=, NODENAME=, SESSNUM=.

However the list of fields that can be used as filters using QUERY ACTLOG seems somewhat arbitrary. For example you can filter QUERY ACTLOG output by session number but not by process number. (Yet you can run SELECT statements from the ACTLOG table using either.)

Similarly you can filter the QUERY ACTLOG output by message number but not message severity.

This request is for additional options to be provided to the QUERY ACTLOG command. As a minimum I would like the ability to filter the QUERY ACTLOG output by:
- process number
- message severity
