Remove Active Directory membership requirement for 7.1.3 VE File Restore Portal

To use the ISP4VE 7.1.3 File Restore Portal, the vBS server must be a member of the active directory environment managing the authentication of the VMs protected by ISP. We would like this requirement removed. It should be possible to allow the vBS to either join a different active directory, or not be a member of an active directory, and still allow ISP4VE to provide credentials to the production AD for authentication for the file restore portal. In essence, we don't want to join the base OS to the production AD, but we are happy to provide production AD credentials to ISP4VE, for authentication purposes for the restores.
