Reduce TSM4VE foot print in backup infrastructure with StorageAgent for vCenter

As of now TSM for VE component needs a separate system within the VM infrastructure or outside of it to setup a Data Mover node to help facilitate the Virtual Machine data movement.

This enhancement request is to change the TSM for VE code and set it up as StorageAgent for Virtual Environment. This STA4VE will sit on the vCenter Server with configurations for the TSM server and Tape Library/ Storage Pools. While the TSM4VE GUI to be incorporated within the TSM Operations Center.

Refer the attached PDF for the logical high-level diagram of the solution suggestion.

Initially there will be reluctance from the vCenter Administrators to have any other products installed on their system, which can be overcome by the advantage of not having the Data Mover node at all which will reduce the complete foot-print of the TSM4VE existence.
