New kind of pool: combination of Primary and Active Data

As it is today we can have a Primary pool, which receives (and maybe maintains) several versions of an object and an Active Data Pool, which expires and then removes older versions of objects as new ones are backed up. And with this at least two copies of the same last version of an object. My suggestion is to have a new kind of pool, with the behaviour of a combination of Primary and Active data pools: as this pool receives new versions of objects, the older ones are migrated, instead of being deleted.
