REPLICATE NODE needs a DURATION option

REPLICATE NODE locks filespaces. If bandwidth to the target is impaired, or if the target's storage is slow, then replicate node can effectively hang, locking filespaces for days. This causes backups to hang or fail, and other daily administration tasks to hang such as expire inventory.

    Note that this might be less critical, since we have "CANCEL REPLICATION" now.

    This RFE could be fulfilled by having the duration start a timer, create an internal admin schedule, or have some periodic polling within the replication loop that would fire off a CAN REP rather than having to do anything really complicated.
