Add extra filesystem check in linux BA client

After you added support for BTRFS and NFSv4 the new filesystem check has problems to find and verify autofs mounted filesystems on Linux systems. Automounted filesystems will get backed up and you end up with terabytes of extra data in the backup server that you later have to delete manually.
The workaround to use 'exclude.dir' or the 'automount' is not a good option for us. We have thousands of automount filesystems and the 'automount' option will therefore not be an option for us.
The exclude.dir works, but it's not a nice way how to solve this error. Sometimes the autofs filesystems may move to be local filesystems again (changed by our linux sysadms) on the nodes without knowledge for the backup admin and then the filesystem will not get backed up.

Is it possible to keep the new (present) filesystem check in the BA client an also add an extra filesystem check (the legacy one that worked before BTRFS and NFSv4) to have the BA client to find out autofs filesystems?

Tony Vågsund
