Use TDP4HANA without ssh connections

Please change installation routine for TDP4HANA so setup.sh script does not require ssh connection to be able to work. Ideally you want to have the option if you want to use ssh to run remote commands (on remote or local hosts) or is you want to run those commands manually.
With current setup.sh script you must have ssh access between hosts and even on the local host otherwise the script does not run at all.
ssh access between hosts is not always possible in large enterprise environments due to security issue's.
