OpenStack back-up with Spectrum Protect

Customer VW (Volkswagen) Financial Services (VWFS) is in charge for managing the cloud solution for the entire VW corporation, which is based on OpenStack.
VWFS is a loyal IBM Spectrum Protect customer. VWFS approached us with the request for a back-up solution for their OpenStack based corporate cloud, which would allow them to back-up of a tenant and his corresponding configuration. They would also like to store different tenants on different cartridges or with different policies.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
