Allow configuration of filespace for Hyper-V backups

When you backup a Hyper-V VM using the "backup vm" command, the files representing the VM are stored in their own filespace. This effectively excludes them from expiration on deletion, as filespace aren't subject to expiration. When a VM is deleted, that filespace is never backed up again, so the files inside are never marked as inactive, and therefore never deleted.

This would be solved easily if all VM backups ended up in the same filespace, with each one being a collection of files inside a directory. This way, TSM's normal expiration would work as expected for VMs as well.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family

Thank you for submitting this enhancement request, we do understand the requirement and the rationale behind it but unfortunately we currently do not plan to implement this function, as you mentioned those file spaces can be deleted manually by the TSM administrator
