Request for a Server option to prevent the server to pass the communication options for a replication target to a client

Starting with version 7.1 a client can failover to a replication target for restoring data. If the client is enabled and configured for replication on the server, the client receives the communication options for the target and adds the information to the client option file.
There are customer situations where access to the target server is not welcome or not desired. Sometimes it is even not possible.
(This options are not honored with client versions < 7.1).
There is a client option (USEREPLICATIONFAILOVER) which disables access to replicatetd data by the client but a global server option without the need to distribute this client option would be helpfull at all.
