can se all (including Libsharing session from/to LibMGR)

After network errors you may have sessions between LIBMGR and LIBCL in a hanging state or waiting for Hours . You are not able to cancel these type of session with the “can se all” command. In large environments or with many hanging sessions you have to check many LIBCLs and clean up the situation manually. It is also needed for maintenance on LIBMGR or LIBCL to end all mount requests by only one command.
