TDPsql SQL Server Backup Verification Functionality

The ability to run a verification of the backup image.

This ability is available using standard (transact) sql command line: Verifies the backup but does not restore it, and checks to see that the backup set is complete and the entire backup is readable.

I would like to see this same functionality enabled on backups created via tdpsql.

This functionality exists in other TSM products such as db2.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request, we do understand the requirement and the rationale behind it but unfortunately we currently do not plan to implement this function within TSM for databases, this type of function can be achieved with the current product through manual operations.
