Verbose output from expire inventory process

During expire inventory processing, filespaces for nodes that does not have any file to expire are silently skipped and never mentioned in the logs even if EXPI INV QUIET=NO (NO beeing the default value) is used.

Add the option to specify QUIET=VERBOSE (or add a new VERBOSE=YES option that defaults to NO for backwards compatibility) to make the expire inventory processing list all filespaces for a node or at least log a line that a certain filespace was skipped due to some reason.

It could also be interesting to add a VERBOSELEVEL option, so several leves of verboseness could be specified.
Eg could a higher level of verboseness make processing log a line with the number of processed objects for every n count of objects (like what we see when a BA client logs a ANS1898I message during a backup) - and possibly other useful information for higher levels.

    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time or does not align with the current multi-year strategy. This request may be resubmitted for consideration after 18 months from the date of submission. The request submitter will automatically be notified by email when the request qualifies for reconsideration and resubmission.
