TSM4VE Cleanup Abandoned Snapshots

TSM4VE should track its own snapshots, and periodically clean these up if no active backups are using those snapshots.

Presently, if a backup is aborted, or proxy node rebooted, or etc., the VMWare snapshots created by that backup are never cleaned up.

    IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time. IBM has made a number of changes to handle the cleanup of snapshots it has created. There are still some unique cases that exist where the Data Protection for VMware code has call the VMware API to remove the snapshot, but it does get completed by VMware. IBM has asked VMware to handle the remaining use cases where this still occurs.
