Implement -fromdate -todate in the TSM API

We have today a product which can restore only block changes from TSM, but we have to retrieve a list of all objects from TSM because of that there is no way to get a list of objects that has been backed up since a given date/time.
Similar function exist allready in the TSM Backup-Archive client using dsmc -fromdate -fromtime arguments.
If we have this function, than our restore will take minutes, instead of hours

See qryBackupData.pitDate.year in the TSM API

Today we have to set this value to DATE_MINUS_INFINITE;
But we would like to have the possibility to set from date also.

Eg retrieve a list of all objects that has been created from a given date/time (instead of all objects)

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    I really hope that this requirement is clear enough? and that you understand the business valus for it.
    With current solution, we can restore just a few blocks (the blocks that has changed); but we have to process all blocks (objects) from TSM; as there is no option for us in the TSM API to retrieve only objects (blocks) that has changed since a given point in time
