HSM Slow Recall in LAN Free environment

got the following feedback from development:

as stated by GPFS development, the dm_request_right takes a lot of of
execution time due to required context switches.
More calls of dm_request_right causes the greater slowdown. So,in
order to improve the lan-free recall performance ,
we should reduce the number of calls to the dm_request_right.

We can do it in two ways:
1. Increase the buffer size used for the writing from 32k to
256k(256k buffer is already used in normal recall).
2. Reduce the number of calls to the dm_request_right in the
client code.

But the both cases will require a lot of changes in the client and
server code. As well it will
require a lot of tests(partial/streaming/normal recall).

For now customer can only open a Request For Enhancement (RFE) to
address the issue.
