Please implement a "relabel_empty" feature similar to relabel_scratch, VTLs need it

Please implement a "relabel_empty" feature similar to relabel_scratch, VTLs need it. With the "relabel_empty" feature cartridges will be relabeled when they are assigned the status of EMPTY again after being freed up. The write from begin of tape, here the labeling process, will be used by the VTL (e.g. ProtecTIER) to clear up unused space. Currently this is only working with scratch pools. If you work with predefined volumes, free space can not be recognized by the VTL.
