TSM for VE

after a backup occurs in VE the Vm goes into a hanging state and locks the VM, only once the server is restarted then the problem goes away. when the backup methodology is changed to TDP for VMware, file and SOL then the issues goes away and the servers backup up with no issues and not finshing in a hanging state.

    In further discussions, it has been determined that the original PMR that lead to this RFE was not driven to completion to validate the need for an RFE. As discussed, please open a PMR to help identify the root cause of this issue. If it is determined that an RFE is needed after that has completed, please reopen this RFE or open a new one with the specific details. Thank you!
