Enable Discover to scan for Data Classes such as Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, GPS Coordinates, Latitude and Longitude

The Discover product when used for scanning an unstructured source (document) is able to use the Regex based data classes in Cloud Pak for Data/ Watson Knowledge Catalog. However, Discover product is not able to leverage non-regex based data classes that limits the functionality. Visa is interested in scanning their unstructured data sources of data values that contain names (Last Name and First Name), Date of Birth, GPS coordinates, Latitude and longitude.
