Enable Discover to complete full scan of Unstructured source (document) and collect metrics such as gross count and net count

The Discover product when used for scanning an unstructured source (document) stops scanning the document after detecting the first instance of the data class such as SSN or Phone number. At this time, the results from using the Discover product only provides the document name that contains a sensitive PI data value such as SSN or Phone number. However, Visa is looking for Discover product to finishing scanning the entire Unstructured Source (document) and collect metrics such as gross number of values of a particular data field and additionally capture the net number of unique values of a particular field. 

For Example, if an Unstructured PDF document titled  "Sample Document.pdf" contains a unique Social Security number value such as 123-45-6789 repeated 5 times in a document. Additionally, if the document contains 3 different phone numbers listed in the document. Here is the type of metrics that Visa is interested in seeing
