Add functionality to Python SDK for Spetctrum Discover

When run in OpenShift, every pod that uses the SDK seems to require root privileges because the SDK mounts data connections under /nfs-scanner/.

We have some Python scripts that use the SDK to work on files and apply tags to them in Spectrum Discover but we don't need to open the files hence we don't need the SDK to mount the shares. The tagging is calculated using the metadata only that we can access via the SDK (path, filename, owner, ...). We are looking for a way to tell the SDK that is doesn't need to mount the share. This will enable us to run these pods without root privileges in OpenShift.

A better approach from a security point of view since running pods as root in OpenShift is not recommended.
