Update Cognos Analytics to a more current version

At this moment with Spectrum Control 5.4.12.x the Cognos Analytics version offered via Passport Advantage is still version 11.2.1.
Latest fixes for this Cognos version are from January 2022.

Our security department is demanding that we fix a number of security vulnerabilities in this version (which are not obtainable). Most of them have a CVSS score of 9 or higher!

Via Fix central I can download recent updates for Cognos 11.2.4 but as far as I understand this needs a base Cognos 11.2.4 install which is not offered via Passport Advantage.
Also I can not find any documentation if Cognos 11.2.4 is compatible with Spectrum Control 5.4.12.

We are running a number of customer reports created via Cognos which are still not available via the Spectrum Control integrated reporting so we need a Cognos currency update ASAP.
