The base support has been add to the current release (5.3.6). Now we are considering to add performance data collection capabilities, but would like to reach out to the community to identify users that are willing to participate in our beta program. Please reach out to myself markus.standau@de.ibm.com if you are interested.

With the 5.3.6 release you can now add the VSP F and G series systems without using SMI-S. When you add these storage systems, you can monitor storage capacity and inventory across your multi-vendor environment. You can create and schedule capacity and inventory reports for your entire storage environment in IBM Spectrum Control. At this point in time, performance data cannot be collected.
