Spectrum Control - Add a capacity planning modeling function

IBM Spectrum Control uses capacity information to provide an estimated zero capacity date. I would request that this same information be utilized to allow customers to perform capacity planning modeling.

Current workaround: Perform this manually using data collected from Spectrum Control and other sources

Proposed resolution: I would like to be able to use the tool to enter a future date and an ending utilization % to arrive at how any additional TB will need to be purchased to make to that date at that approximate utilization %..

Business impact: Capacity planning involves time and makes the environment harder to manage
