Consider automatic column width in tables based on actual data

When a tabular data is first viewed within Spectrum Control, Sometimes the column is much too narrow to display the actual data and sometimes many columns are too narrow and time must be invested adjusting the column widths to make the data readable. Sometimes the width problem is that the column labels are wider than the column.

The may be two ways to approach this:
1) On the first view, calculate the column width based on the size of the data.
2) Allow a double click on the column divider to adjust the column to fit the data (common Windows function)

    It really does take a lot of time to manually fix up the column widths.

    Column width should auto adjust to accommodate the longer of the two, either the Column title or the Column data, so that the Column header and data can be read immediately w/out manual adjustment of the column width.
