Make all drives visible to all spectrum archive servers

Right now we have to limit via Fiber channel zoning the visibility of drives to spectrum archive servers.

We would like the possibility to configure visibility of all tape drives from all spectrum archive servers.

When configuring spectrum archive node, you are asked already which tape drives to use and which not by each server.

These feature will help to reassign drives from one spectrum archive server to another almost immediately, just with Spectrum Archive commands.

In case of a failure of a spectrum archive server, we could reassign drives to another spectrum archive server so drives can be used and no idle until the spectrum archive server which originally was owner is recovered from the failure, and then reassign them, if needed or not.

IBM Spectrum Archive Enterprise Edition has been enhanced, and the system can be configured with and without SAN zoning from 1.3.0.3.
