Superuser account into ROBO environments for update purposes

We are currently running v7.1.2_u3 on most of our Defender infra and are currently deploying 7.3.x.  We quickly ran into an issue in our ROBO deployments, where our original instances were (are) running on a 81GB OS disk and the new image needs to be 250GB!  (quite an increase)  This is per documentation.  This is technically a simple task to do you would think; increase the disk on the VMWare side, discover the increase on Linux etc...  BUT!  Since we have no "root" access on the ROBO's image, we need to open up a ticket to get a temporary access code, that will allow us to run a script (provided by IBM) to detect and increase the disk and do some lv/fs configurations in the back.  After that is done, we can proceed with the update of the code on the ROBO modified.

Doing this on 1 or 2 ROBOs, is fine.  But we have over a 100 ROBOs.  In todays age of automation, we'd love to be able to use an automated process to do these manual/repeating steps but cannot due to the restriction of having to open a case for each ROBO, generate a code from each ROBO, inserting it in the case so that we can get a login access code from IBM valid for a period of time, logging into the said ROBO, executing the commands, rinse and repeat...tedious.

Why not like on Storage arrays, or SP, etc.  Have a superuser account that we could accomplish this?
