Enhance security tied to DataPlatform for Cloud Azure deployment

Currently, as a part of the Cohesity Data Protect DataPlatform for Cloud Azure deployment workflow, DMS uses the input Azure subscription information to deploy cluster resources.

As a part of the deployment, a temporary Azure storage account is created to hold the Data Protect cluster disk image (for installation on a VM). For example:

Currently, this new storage account is created with "Public network access: Enabled", which allows full public Internet access to the storage account. This can be unacceptable to customers that have an Azure Policy restriction forbidding public network access on buckets.

A possible enhancement would be to configure this temporary storage account to not have full public network access, but instead be accessible by the DMS IP address(es). In this way, public access would not be needed and yet DMS is still able to transfer in the needed disk image (with Data Protect code) for the deployment.
