Provide backup and restore capabilities for data residing on S3 on/off prem buckets with Defender Data Protect

Many customers are using object storage thru S3 as repository for important data like surveillance, financial documents and other critical workloads. Although object storage has its own resiliency features, they're most liked focused on replication and reconstruction, which does not help in case files are corrupted logically or by ransom.
Because of this, the need to protect S3 repositories as we do for block and files is becoming critical, as long as a differentiator among backup vendors, so it would be important to include, besides AWS off-prem, the ability to backup and restore on-prem S3 buckets as well (like IBM COS and IBM Ceph, but not limited to these) and for other off-prem providers like AWS and GCP.
