Being able to trigger/initiate replication from a target server

This idea is following a discussion with a customer who is asking our data protection solutions ( being Storage Protect and Data Protect) to have the ability to trigger data replication in a way that replication is initiated by the target replication servers. 

At the time I write this idea, this is not working like this as the replication is part of the Protection Policy ( on the source cluster ), and only the source server can initiate replication.

The reasoning behind this request: customer would like to have a secure 3rd location, with a network being isolated and open only at specific time during the day.. This secure location would have a DataProtect cluster or a Storage Protect server which would be responsible of triggering data pull ( replication or any possible mechanism), to pull the data on to that 3rd site. 

Network connectivity to that 3rd site would not allow any new incoming connection ( 3rd site's firewall would be prevent new incoming connections), that's why they would like that all connectivity are being triggered from the 3rd site.

    IBM has evaluated the request, and has determined that it can not be implemented at this time. This request may be resubmitted for consideration after 18 months from the date of submission. The request submitter will automatically be notified by email when the request qualifies for reconsideration and resubmission.
