Disable attempts to cleanup IBM Flash array snapshots after Devender SAN backup/restore

When the current version of Defender runs a backup or recovery operation for a SAN source, a snapshot will be created of the configured storage, the backup/recovery operation completed and then a cleanup of the snapshot is attempted.  Normally this will succeed without issue.  However, IBM Flash systems that use CDM will result in the Defender initiated snapshot cleanup failing which in turn concludes with a warning message associated with the operation.  This warning message will be present for every SAN-based backup/recovery operation for a CDM protected volume.  This results in a situation where a warning message is the normal state, reducing the operational efficiency of verifying the success of these operations.  An operator must review each operation to see if only the snapshot cleanup warning is present.  This becomes more complex for customers that have a mix of CDM protected volumes and volumes not protected by CDM as the staff must sift through the results of the backup/restore operations to determine which warnings can be ignored and which indicate an actionable situation.

Adding a switch to the policy to disable attempts to clean up the snapshot when CDM is detected would prevent this situation for volumes on IBM Flash arrays protected by CDM.
