Cloudera provided a solution to the issue. No Storgae Scale code change were needed. Only procedural changes, which has been tested and validated. Cloudera public docs have been updated with the instructions..

Here’s the information Cloudera shared with us >>>>

Testing and public documentation has been updated with necessary steps required to enable a 4096 bit TLS key. No code updates were required. However please note that the customer will need to restart

    • Cloudera Manager Server

    • Cloudera Manager Agents

    • Cloudera Management Service

    • All Clusters

Additionally, if you are using a load balancer with certificates derived from Auto-TLS certificates, ensure that the load balancer's certificates are updated to use the new certificates after rotation.

An example of how to enable 4096 bit keys is available in our public docs https://docs.cloudera.com/cdp-private-cloud-base/7.1.9/security-encrypting-data-in-transit/topics/cm-security-certmanager-options.html#pnavId4 .
