CNSA / Rest API - Restrict GUI User access to a single Filesystem

Today, each CNSA Instance requires two GUI Users with the Access Roles of ContainerOperator and CsiAdmin. These GUI Roles have permissions to connect and manage all existing Filesystems on the Remote Scale Cluster. Fthat means: an Openshift Admin can mount via CNSA any existing Filesystem from the Remote Cluster.

In an Scale environment with multiple Filesystems and different User Groups a more fine grained access management is required. The Rest API Users with the Roles CsiAdmin and ContainerOperator should be restricted to specific Filesystems.

Request: Add an Option to limit the Access of REST API Users to a named Scale Filesystem
