Make mmclone permissions work like cp

Currently, a file clone created with mmclone always has its group owner set to the primary gid of the creating process, without regard to the setgid bit of the containing directory, and without regard to the group owner of the original file. Other methods of file creation copy the group owner from the containing directory when its setgid bit is set.

FWIW, POSIX specifies this behavior (indirectly) for cp as "Implementations shall provide a way to initialize the file's group ID to the group ID of the parent directory."

Alternatively, at least one competing file-clone implementation (Netapp's) preserves the original file's group owner when creating a clone. IMO, cp-like behavior makes more sense, but I could understand an argument for doing it that way instead.
