GUI: Provide a way to specify a the port to be used for multicluster connects _per cluster_

We have a gpfs gui running on the dss-g xcat server. Unfortunately xcat blocks the default gui port 443 so we had to run the gui on port 8443 (suggestion by Lenovo). However, connects from multicluster gui nodes are not possible this way. We can configure the multicluster gui node to use 8443, too, then the connect works, but the connect to all other guis running on port 443 fails. The main problem is that the port for multicluster connects is a global setting that is used for all gui connects. The idea I am proposing is to make the port to be used configurable per remote cluster.

    It would help us understand this request better if you can tell us how how do you change the default GUI port from 443 to 47443
