Parallelise mmgetpdisktopology checks

In a recent install carried out by an IBM engineer several steps repeately invoked mmgetpdisktopology to check drive attributes. This queries each drive one by one which each drive query taking around just over a second. These were seen in the form of the following process tree. \_ /usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmksh /usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmremote discoverEnclosureOrderLocal \_ /usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmksh /usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/mmgetpdisktopology \_ /usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/gems/tscompattr -d /dev/sdcq -a BER -Y With around 1900 drives on each server this took roughtly 30 minutes every time such an operation ended up doing such a check. In total hours of time was spent waiting for these checks to complete. We would like to see such operations parallelised to speed up these steps.
