Lessen Spectrum Scale CNSA's pods dependency on running as super user (root)

Today as of Scale version 5.1.1.4, some of the Container Native Storage Access (CNSA) containers for running Scale on Openshift have the need to run as super-user (root). Although it's understandable from the multi-decade history of Scale itself and the way it interacts with the kernel, in an era where cybersecurity is a high concern of governments and clients, such as Bank of America, reducing the need of containers to run as a super-user becomes not a desirable ask but a requirement. This RFE ask is to get a commitment from the Spectrum Scale development team to minimize, mitigate or eliminate the need of super-user in the CNSA containers.
