LDAP enhancements related to RFC2307 mappings on Spectrum Scale/GPFS Windows

Currently, GPFS Windows has functional, performance, and HA limitations related to the LDAP AD lookup. The details are documented in IBM Case Number: TS005919437.

https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/case/5003p00002YlqdkAAB/kosmos-gpfs-windows-filesystem-access-is-very-slow?language=en_US

In summary, this RFE is for the following:

1. Provide a configuration parameter to disable RFC2307 lookups (instead for trying a bad IP address value or hostname to ldapConnectionHostName).

2. Provide a configurable sleep-interval parameter for WinSecCacheUpdaterThread.

3. Provide a configurable time-out parameter to be passed to ldap_connect.

4. Provide/support a space separated list of hostnames for ldapConnectionHostName. Basically allow HostName semantics as per ldap_init() documentation.

5. Caching/reusing connections to LDAP servers (instead of calling ldap_init + ldap_connect everytime) during lookup.

6. Add the GPFS Windows lookup semantics (as detailed in the Case) to the Spectrum Scale documentation.

7. Special GPFS command to pre-populate the SID/UIG/GID mapping-cache from the AD/DC during mmstartup or at later stage on GPFS Windows node (mmadpopulate <SID-all>).
